Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Learnux India, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Initial Deposit: Non-refundable.
2. Project Completion: Refunds are not available once the project has been completed and delivered.
3. Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential revisions.

Cancellation Policy At Learnux India, we understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

• Cancellation by Client:

  1. Before Work Begins: If you cancel before we start working on your project, a full refund of any payments made (excluding non-refundable deposits) will be issued.
  2. After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date. The remaining balance of the project fee will be refunded.

• Cancellation by Learnux India:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client violates any terms of the agreement. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
• Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies.
